I need help with Magic ISO and creating a multi-boot ISO file.

I have downloaded three ISO files. I can burn each one to a CD and it boots just fine. I want to create a multi-boot CD/DVD to choose either of them. The renamed ISO files are:

    PuppyLinux.iso
    UBCD.iso
    SlitazLinux.iso

I have read the Magic ISO tutorials and help until I’m blue in the face and still can’t figure out how to make it work. Seems like it should be as simple as opening the “multi-boot image editor” and putting in the 3 ISO locations with hotkeys. But that won’t get it. I’m not extracting anything from an installation CD, like they do in the multi-Windows example — I already have the three ISO files!

Would somebody please provide detailed instructions or point me to instructions that already exist (the Magic ISO site was not helpful to me). I’m sure it’s something simple that I’m overlooking or that was left out of the M_ISO instructions. I’ve Googled everything I can think of but haven’t found any good information. Thanks!!!!!!

Edit Note: I had intended for this thread to be under “other applications”, but it didn’t work for me on my first posting. Admin pls move if you please.

Hey, I know this was almost 2 years ago, but did you ever find a solution to this problem? Same exact thing is happening to me.

Use ImgBurn, it has an excellent tutorial in it’s forum.

I looked through all the menus of ImgBurn and didn’t see anything for making multi-boot CDs (A bootable CD that provides a menu to multiple BOOT CDs that are stored on the disc as ISO’s). I also searched all over their forums and could not find anything. Are you sure ImbBurn has this capability? Can you send me a link to this tutorial you speak of?

Look here, http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showforum=4 I’m not exactly sure what it is your trying to do.

That link just goes to their forum, which I already searched thoroughly. ImgBurn can’t do multi-boot. Thanks anyway.

We have a bunch of Ghost boot floppy disks for the various computer models we use at my company, and I want to make images of all these floppy discs and just make 1 bootable CD that lets you choose your computer model from a menu (and then boots to the appropriate floppy disc image). If you (or anyone) knows a way to do that, please help a brother out. Thanks 🙂

Here’s one I found with a quick search. WOT says the site is OK. YMMV.

Thanks – this actually looks like a pretty awesome little free program. Can’t believe its not more popular.

PS – the download links on that site are all just advertisements. I had to find the download elsewhere:
