I am attempting to perform a mail-merge in Publisher 2000. Whenever I attempt to open a data source (or select any other option under the Mail Merge menu) I receive an error box indicating that “Mail merge cannot continue.” I have removed publisher and office and reinstalled several
times. This error continues. I can run mail merge from Word with no problems.
I’m running Windows 2000 Server with Service Pack 1 installed.
Any ideas?
