    I have been trying to create labels using the Mail Merge Wizard, to no avail. The database is in Excel. The end product is missing some of the fields (usually the top field, the name of the recipient) and I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong. I am doing exactly what the “wizard” says to do. Help!

      Could the top be outside the printable area of the page?
