Mark All As Read Unavailable (2002 SR-2)

Has anyone ever seen the following problem?

I have unread messages in a folder (say Inbox or a personal folder). I right-click on the folder and Mark All As Read is grayed out. I can select the option from the Edit menu, but I can’t use right-click. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.

I think the problem is with Hummingbird’s DM5 that I have just installed, but I wanted to be sure I’m chasing the right thing.

It definitely sounds like a Hummingbird issue to me. I have come across some strange symptoms before – but not that one.

I was 99.999% sure it was Hummingbird, but I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t some thing that just “happens” sometimes. Thanks so much!
