Maximize IE Window (IE 5)

I would like the Explorer browser window to open Maximized. I can’t seem to find the setting.
Can someone please direct me?

As best I remember, it cannot be opened fully Maximized in the usual fashion. IE wants to open in the “Restore” mode. I think the best you can do is open IE, drag it to be as large as possible, then close it via File | Close. IE should remember this size the next time you open it.
