    How do I change the order of the menu items in Word?

    Someone has changed the order so that File is the third along instead of the first. Its driving me nuts.

      Try this: Tools > Customize…, then with the Customize dialog open, click and drag the File menu to the beginning of the menu bar. Does it work?
