Messages moved to deleted folder (Version 6 SP1)

I have noticed the weirdest thing – any emails I send to my email address end up in the Deleted folder, as though there was a message rule set up to that effect. There are however NO message rules set up at all.
Any advice on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Check to see if you are on the block sender list. You may have mistakenly added yourself. Blocked messages go to the DELETED folder. TO check: On the Tools menu, point to Message Rules, and then click Blocked Senders List. Select the sender or domain, and then click Remove.
