After I installed another application (that gives the same error message #) my application gives me this message “Run-time error ‘-2147024770 (8007007e)’: Method ‘CurrentDB’ of object ‘_Application’ failed” When I go to debug it goes to this part of my code: Set db = CurrentDb()
Does anyone have any clue for me?

AskWoody LoungerApril 20, 2002 at 12:24 am #583480If suspect you’ll need to post more code that that single line before anyone can answer your question. If you have dimmed db as a database object, for instance, but you don’t have a reference set to DAO, then you’ll definitely get an error. That particular error message looks highly peculiar, so I suspect there’s more to it than a broken or missing reference.
