Gang,
A lot of people in the ms newsgroups have asked for a smart tag that will
recognize microsoft knowledgebase articles and launch you off to the mskb
site.
Its cool to get an email with a KB reference and to launch of quickly to it.

ummm… MS discontinued the email access sometime ago – does your smart
access the server in some way to provide it?
(an ms mvp created a smart tag that does – i’ll have to see if i can find
his tag)

It just recognizes article numbers (ex: Q190201) and will tag it. This
allows you to quickly launch of to Microsoft’s website to review the
article.
As a developer, teams I work with will email KB articles around for
identified issues.
