I am surprised to see ARM in this list. Will any applicable Android 4.x based phones will not get the patches?

KB4056891 has auto-downloaded and is ready for a restart to finish installing updates, despite using the Metered Connection setting for the WiFi dongle and Carboni’s ConfigureAutomaticUpdates to disable auto updates on an HP Pavillion Slimline s5212y running Windows 10 Home Edition x64, Version 1703 (Build 15063.786).

Not sure how much longer this method of stopping auto updates will hold up.
