• Missing archive files

I am using Outlook Express 6 and at the end of each year I archive my messages in folders named Archive-07-IN and Archive-07-SENT for 2007 etc. I have just discovered that Archive-08-SENT is missing so I have recreated it, but of course it is empty. I know where the DBX file for it is, but I do not know how to transfer the information in the DBX file into its proper folder so I can access and read the emails. Can anyone help?

Can you find an import command, perhaps under the file tab? The newer versions of Win Mail and WLM allow import of certain file types. Perhaps this older mail program did as well.

I highlighted my recreated Archive-08-SENT folder then went to File/Import/Messages, chose OE 6, navigated to where my dbx files were and Presto! all is resolved. Thank you for your suggestion.
