      Hello.

Are IP static/DHCP? Are all PCs in te same workgroup?

Assuming you are able to access and ping these PCs I think I saw this problem before.

      1) Open Control Panel – All Control Panel Items – Administrative Tools – Services
      2) Set both Function Discovery Services to Automatic and start them, This will help discover other devices or PC’s and especially if PC ICONS are missing in the Network Folder.

Also make sure these 2 below will already be running as they should be, even though they are set to manual, no need to bother with them if they are running. IF NOT, change them to Automatic and Start them.

      SSDP Discovery
      UPnP Device Host

      3) Open Control Panel – All Control Panel Items – Programs and Features – Turn Windows Features On or Off

Find SMB 1.0 CIFS File Sharing Support (Expand)

ONLY select “Tick Box”, SMB 1.0 CIFS client, OK

      4) Restart PC

Let us know if this helped, but I think some serice is not running properly..

Try this on all affected computers. I think on machine called W10, one of these services wont be started.

Since you have different W10 language, you can check service names by cmd commands:
sc query type= service state= all | find “SSDP”
        and
sc query type= service state= all | find “UPnP”

In czech translation for example, it looks like this:

        cmd

DISPLAY_NAME is xactly how you will find these services at:
Control Panel – All Control Panel Items – Administrative Tools – Services
