Recently I had a Logitech mouse with a 3 year warranty replaced after it failed after a year of use.

I would like to know if the replacement mouse comes with a new 3 year warranty or does it fall under the original warranty and I would then have two years left of the original 3 year warranty ???

I would ask Logitech. I believe they have a contact us link on their web site. I also replaced one of their mice a few months ago. It’s nice to have that availability.

edit: There is a contact link at the bottom of their main mouse page. Two pages later there are email and phone support links.

I figured I would get a faster answer here.
Whenever you ask them anything you have to fill out a form…

I do not know the answer, but would be interested in it.

most warranties only last for the duration stated for the first item a replacement only gets whats left of the warranty. Otherwise they would be giving a lifetime warranty which would be stated.

The warranty remains as per the original purchase, it does not start again. Just had keyboard and mouse replaced and they made it quite clear on more than one occasion.

      Well, that settles that…

I had a feeling that was the case..

Logitech has a 3 year warranty so I have two years left…
