MS Expresions Web file publishing conflict

I am using EW4. In publishing view one of the changed files that I am trying to publish has a red exclamation mark to the left of the file name and under Status it says Conflict. What does Conflict mean? The file will not publish. How do I correct this so I can publish this file?

I have never used Expressions Web but general UI design should enable you to hover over the red exclamation mark or double click it to find out what the problem is.

Hmm, I turned off the tags on the links so you should be able to copy the url and paste it into a browser.

Jim, the lounge software seems to be playing up on the links. Try copying the urls and paste them into your browser address bar.
