    Hello!
I have a field in an Access 2016 table named Classes that will allow multi values, the examples in the drop down are Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint. When entering data into the table I want to enter the Student ID and then select the classes they are enrolled from the drop down.

After the data entry I need to enter a cost for the class, let’s say Excel is $1250, Access is $1500, Word is $1250 and PowerPoint is $1250. I would then need to find out the cost per student in the class by dividing the class cost by the number of attendees for each class. Is this doable in Access?

Thanks so much for any assistance!
