I can get a query to pick up a single selection from a list box – but how do I get it to pick up multiple selections?

    Thanks

You have to enable “Multi Select” option in the list box properties.

That’s a great question and I wouldn’t mind hearing the answer myself!

The only way to get at the selected items in a multi-select list box is through Visual Basic code. Using the selected items in a query is not easy (I think) unless you re-create the SQL for the query in code (and that is not trivial either). MSKB article How to Use a Multi-Select List Box to Filter a Form gives some examples of using a multi-select list box.

If you explain what you want to accomplish, we may be able to help you find a way to do it.
