I want to create a default logon for one person, then set up two additional different email accounts that can use be monitored by this person…as an example.: a secretary’s email account being able to logon to two different executive’s accounts and print their email, type replies to the emails that are in there email mail boxes., etc. Can someone please guide me through the process…thank you. What kind of mail account is it – POP3 or IMAP? With POP3 (most typical), this would be difficult unless she actually uses their computers because there is no centrally located Inbox and Sent Items folder to share between two different machines. Of course, if they don’t plan to check their own e-mail, it’s no problem. smile

With IMAP, it should be more seamless for sharing, ‘though I’ve never tried it.

She will be the only one looking at their mail…she will print it and give it to them. On the old machine that she had, there was the following thread: Local folders, Inbox, then Jim. She would click on Jim and could view his email. She could also view her own email. She needs to have this ability to do it for two people now as well as her own email. The computer she is now using is brand new. The account is POP3…The person who set up the old one no longer works here and I am trying to get it set up for her. Any guidance is sincerely appreciated…thanks, JohnL
