Am using Visio5.0 Professional.
How can I make a multiple page document & switch between the pages?

From the Edit menu, select GoTo and then tell it which page you want.

I believe the F5 key does the same thing.

And if I recall, there are also two buttons (left arrow and right arrow) on one of the toolbars.

You’re right — But you have to have the Page toolbar turned on, i.e. right click in the tool bar area and click on Page. It has both left and right arrows and a drop down window that lets you select the pages.
