Multiprogram Launch from a Single Icon

Is there a way to have a single windows icon launch more than one program (e.g., launch Word and Excel)?

I haven’t tried this, but it should work. Have the Icon launch a DOS batch file that uses the START command without the /Wait switch to launch the programs.

Works great. You just need to remember to use the DOS folder and file names (8 charachter length) found in the properties view.
