How do I give a chart in excel a specific “name” so i can call it in a macro? Thanks

Click once on the chart to select it.
Activate the Visual Basic Editor.
Activate the Immediate window.
Type

Selection.Parent.Parent.Name = “MyName”

Press Enter.

To do it manually, you can also select a cell in the worksheet, then Shift-Click the chart and type a new name in the Name box at the left of the formula bar. Or, if it’s a chart sheet, just change the tab name.
