Need a macro(s)

I’m trying to come up with a macro that will do three different things to these Word docs I get from my clients (or maybe I need 3 macros). I need it to remove all extra word spaces (people still put two spaces after a period for some reason), all extra paragraph marks (people hit the enter button instead of making up a paragraph style with space above or below), and all tab characters (also should be done with a paragraph style). Anybody willing to help? Thanks.
