NEED DYNAMIC QUERY & REPORT
Using Access 2000 (9.0.4402) SR-1
I have a report that prints the following data from a query:
Date Code Description Amount
06/01/01 101 Smith, John 5.00
06/01/01 102 Blow, Joe 10.00
06/01/01 103 Jones, Tom 15.00
06/02/01 102 Blow, Joe 10.00
06/02/01 103 Jones, Tom 15.00
The operator would start the report from a criteria form that would allow her to select the report sequence.
Enter Report Sequence:
Date (Sort by Date, Code, Description)
Code (Sort by Code, Date, Description)
Description (Sort by Description, Date, Code)
Amount (Sort by Amount, Description, Date)
To reuse as many objects as possible, I would like to only have 1 query and 1 report to accomplish the above.
How do I pass the sort variables from the form to the query that accomplishes the sort?
How do I pass the sort variables from the form to the report to print sort variable in the header?
