I have no doubt this is covered somewhere, but I can’t figure out the proper query. Sorry. I’m having to learn way more than I want, can’t avoid it. Any help for someone who  knows they aren’t a programmer and never will be is deeply appreciated. To the best of my ability to check, I’m an administrator, and user, on my own machine. I’m pretty good at following step by step written communications (HATE trying to follow a video). What do I need to do to get access to the port the printer is connected to via a USB cable shown as connected to COM port 6? I need to get a dump file so I can troubleshoot a thermo runaway error. Yet another rabbit hole . . .

    TIA

    Ron
