Neg numbers to positive in a bar graph (Excel 2003)

Is there a way I can make the negative numbers appear as positive numbers (i need to take out the minus sign) but don’t want to change the way the chart looks. I still need the pink slices to appear on the left of the green bars. Thanks for the help!
