Hi,

I haven’t got a clue as to what someone in our office did to their Word settings and netiher do they, but, every new doc opens with the same info typed in it and each of her new outlook emails opens with the same info in it. It can be deleted, but when you go to save you have to save as vs just save. Any ideas?

Sounds like they overwrote the normal.dot. If Word is the email editor, it will show up in Outlook as well.

To change it back – find the existing one on her machine, clear out the text and resave as normal.dot. That should fix it.
