Windows 10 Pro x64 v1909 updated thru February,  Group Policy – update 2, Feature Update 365 day delay, Monthly Update 0 day delay, use wushowhide.

Have yet to see or be offered the New Edge browser.

Is it suppose to eventually be offered automatically?  Or are my setting blocking it?

    Windows 11 Pro v24H2 and Windows 10 Pro x64 v22H2

Yes. However, you can download and install ChrEdge manually.

I read an article the other day saying that it will come through WU around Aug./Sept sometime. Don’t remember where I saw the article.

Don't take yourself so seriously, no one else does 🙂

You can download the official release version at Introducing the new Microsoft Edge.

According to Blocker Toolkit to disable automatic delivery of Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based), the process should have started January 15th. I remember seeing that Microsoft said it would be rolling out over a period of months.
