I have a user who somehow changed the default style of new mail messages. How do I change it back?
The user has the Paragraph style instead of normal on the e-mail messages, so everything she types in a new message is double spaced.

I’m not 100% sure but I believe that the paragraph style can only be applied to email in the HTML format. To change the format back to “normal” click on “Tools”->”Options”->”Mail Format” and beside the option “Send in this message format” select anything other than “HTML”.
      Hope this helps.

Yes your right on that but the user persists on wanting to use html so as to have the stationary. I already ruled out the stationary itself as the problem because I can use it just fine on my pc.

Select ALL of the email, then go to the menu, Format, Style and select “Normal” as the style. This should be back to the normal style.

However is this user using MSWord as their editor?
If so, the email template has been changed to the double spacing, and one needs to go and change the template.
