I can take the 1703 CB on board when it gets released officially, but not the RS3 yet.
It is like having a tolerance level of accepting Beta/Release Candidate but not Alpha releases. 🙂

A new Windows 10 version, likely called 1710 or 1711, build 15141, has been posted on BuildFeed

I think this one is due to be called 18xx 🙂

EDIT: I see it now, so you think the first 2 digits represent the year and not the date of the files…
