Anybody know what’s going on with that program?

I’ve had a bug for a couple weeks (won’t print in portrait) but just got round to trying to report it today as I don’t use that option but about once a week.

Anyway, couldn’t find any way to report problems and there seems to be no home page, really, on the site.

    Any news about that?
    TIA,
    ~m

Intermittent print problems were the reason we quit using both Nitro & Foxit. Say what you want about Adobe Reader (and we do) but it prints what we need flawlessly.

That’s so sad. It could be a good program if someone would just whip the details into shape.

      Howdy All

Couple of things. You can always contact Support here and they’ll get back to you within about an hour here: http://www.nitropdf.com/support/ticket
We pride ourselves on our support so I hate hearing that you’ve had trouble getting some help. That aside, you can always send me an email and I will always respond: Andrew.Holmes@nitropdf.com

We have tried to recreate the printing issues that you have mentioned and we can’t seem to recreate – can you let me know which version of Reader this is in and I will look into it – or you can load the latest from the links above.

Thanks for the feedback – let me know if you have anymore questions?

      Cheers

I have had great success with PDF-Xchange Viewer for my PDF needs. It also prints each time I wish it to. Uses less resources than Adobe and seems to flawlessly integrate in IE, even IE 11 in Win 8.1
