Try the Fn key combined with the Insert key.

I would guess it may be a second/third function on an existing key. Does something like holding down the Fn key and pressing Insert work?

If not, look what alternative uses your Function keys have.

See if the print Screen function shares the Insert key or try Cntrl P.

(Edited by DaveA on 12-Feb-08 08:33. Sony does NOT use the Fn key for Print Screen)

On my Sony it is the “Prt Sc/Sys Rq” key, third from the right top row.

Edit, Sony does NOT use the Fn key for Print Screen. The top entry is just the key, lower entry is Fn+ the key

If the previous suggestions don’t work then tell us what model laptop you have and we can look it up for you.
