I am finding eMail from senders NOT in my Junk Email list that are going to my Trash, anyway. I am sure they are not in my JSL.
Any ideas how to stop other than create another rule to search my Trash and find those users and return them to the Inbox?
    TIA,
    David

I am having a similar problem but the mail that is filtered to the Junk folder is internal – from other users on our corporate Exchange Server. The Exceptions List does not work for internal email. I would appreciate any advice regarding how to stop this.

This is a “feature” within Outlook. See http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?…b;en-us;Q298734%5B/url%5D
Basically, the Junk Mail feature uses the Junk Mail Senders list + a list of filter criteria to decide what mail is treated as Junk. It sounds like the filter is causing the mail to move. There is a file call filters.text (usually found on the c:drive) that will give you an idea of what is being filtered – although I hear that is out of date.
It is possible to add people to an exceptions list using the rules wizard, so their mail is never treated as junk mail.
