• Not receiving Service Stack Updates

I have been running v1909 Win10 pro since March. Updating is set per AKB2000016; I do not have pause updates or metered connections turned on. I have installed all updates that were offered through June except for 2 Intel updates.

I noticed yesterday in the forum that July updates include a new SSU (KB4565554). To date, I have not received any SSU’s – unless they are included in the monthly cum. updates.  There are no SSU’s shown as having been installed nor are there any shown in wushowhide.

With Win7, it was generally no problem finding and updating SSU’s.

I apologize if I am raising an issue that has been covered perviously.

    Thank you.

SSUs are bundled with the CUs in Win10 but they do not show up in the Windows Update queue as a separate update.
If you look in installed updates (Control Panel\Programs and Feature\View installed updates) you will see that SSUs are installed.

Thanks. Contol Panel shows that the June SSU was installed. I had forgotten to check Control Panel as Settings/Windows Update fails to show detailed information on what has been installed.

If there is a new servicing stack update, I always go to the update catalog and install it first, manually, before installing any of the other monthly updates.  That way, I know it has been applied, and it always shows up in the Installed list.
