Patch reliability is unclear. Unless you have an immediate, pressing need to install a specific patch, don't do it. |
A few weeks ago my Notifications stopped showing up in that window. The number of new notifications shows on the icon but when I click it, the box comes up but no notifications are shown.
It’s completely blank.
Any ideas on how to get them back?

This is apparently a bug for some users of 1809 which should have been fixed in the latest cumulative update KB4476976 (build 17763.292)
