Looking to see if anyone else has had a problem after upgrading Office 16.0.10730.20088 to 16.0.11001.20074. Prior to update the user of SPotlightXL have the Excel plugin active and working just fine. Once update was complete the SPotlightXL plugin for excel is no longer showing a tab and when we check COM add in, we can see it still their but inactive. The only way to get it re-activated was to manually active it.

… though I somehow get the impression that most of the time when an Office app’s add-in goes inactive, there’s no permanent reason for that and it’ll just work after manually reactivating it.
