      Adobe released a new flash advisory (APSA15-05) just today so it’s probably best to disable it completely in your list of plugins until they fix it next week. If a site fails to load because you disabled flash, complain to the administrator to use better/more-secure software — that’s what the “contact us” form is for. Remember when people used to throw hissy fits over java in the browser and how insecure it was? Well, this is no different.

      I can’t wait until (a very late) 2.5 days from now before Mozilla finally classifies this plugin as “unsafe” and hence a barrage of support tickets are needlessly created. Have fun fielding them over the weekend (or rather, Monday morning), sysadmins!

      @woody: Adobe has released new Flash Player security updates again on Friday October 16, 2015 – versions 19.0.0.226 and 18.0.0.255. Download them here.

      They resolve a new security vulnerability mentioned in Adobe security advisory APSA15-05:
