    I’m all about image backups and do not depend upon the Windows Recovery Environment (Windows RE). However, for heck of it I checked its status from an elevated command prompt using reagentc /info.

    It shows the location of my Windows RE partition as partition 4:
    Windows RE location: \\?\GLOBALROOT\device\harddisk1\partition4\Recovery\WindowsRE

    Disk Management shows only 3 partitions on my C drive.

    OS and hardware info:
    Windows 10 Pro [Version 10.0.19045.5011]

    -Asus motherboard TUF X299 Mark 1 – 16GB RAM
    -Intel Core i7-7820X Skylake-X 8-Core 3.6 GHz.
    (CPU is one of the few 7th gen chips approved for Win 11.)
    GPU: GTX 1050 Ti 4GB

    Desktop mobo Asus TUF X299 Mark 1, CPU: Intel Core i7-7820X Skylake-X 8-Core 3.6 GHz, RAM: 32GB, GPU: Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti 4GB. Display: Four 27" 1080p screens 2 over 2 quad.

      “Disk Management doesn’t report the correct values for WinRe partitions…”
