I am a senior senior citizen with severe visual handicap. I have been able to set the default font in Office 2010 and now would like to learn how to aset the default format of forms such as ribbon, e-mail so that I can more easily view them. Ideally I’d like Arial Black, Regular, 16 point. As an example how do I improce the default for Outlook e-mail so the lines and text are blacker and bigger.

In Outlook for email go to File | Options. Then once the Options window open in the left column click on Mail. Then in the right column click on the “Stationary and Fonts” button. Then set the fonts and size you wish to use.
