OL2007: Change Location ofAttachments with RTF Messages?

One of our staffers in Corp. Admin. asked me to see if there’s a way to have all attachments sent to her, regardless of message format, appear in the attachment box below the subject line. Most emails she gets within the company are RTF.

She’s running WinXP Pro SP3, with Office Pro 2007.
