I embedded an .avi to a help file, and when I run the help’s .chm file from a custom made MS Word menu I see Windows Media Player 6.4.0.9.1130 in my help file and, in it, the movie can’t be played.

When I run the help file from outside Word, then in the help file I have Windows Media Player 9.00.00.3250, in which the movie does play.

What to do so that I can play the .avi also when I run my help file from the Word menu?
