Hi. I have a weird, annoying problem that just popped.  I went to send an email to a frequent contact and his email did not auto-populate in Outlook email – MS 365.  The behavior is the same on my Ipad as on my laptop.  Every other contact comes up!! His name begins with P, when I put in P, it pulls all the “P” contacts, except him!!! I have not done or changed anything!! When I put in any other letter, it pulls all those contacts – his is the only one that isn’t working!!

I added a new contact for him, deleted his email from the old one and still, when I type in “P”, it does not find him.  What the heck?  Can anyone help me fix this?

Also, how can I delete old emails that are not contacts, just in the list of prior emails.  E.g. I have a friend who changed her email, but I can’t seem to delete the history that keeps pulling her old one, I don’t see how to do that. thank you! Donna

      Nirsoft nk2_edit lets you edit Outlook’s auto-complete:

If I’m understanding you correctly, if you start typing the name, when the old address appears in the autocomplete drop down you can arrow down to it and then press the delete key.
