Ouch, MS! I surely hope they work it all out before my (the original) surface pro “bites the dust” and I want to replace it with Surface Pro3, if they work out the bad stuff: like typing, sound volume….(some reviews were really good critical). I really like the surface pro but both problems, not great for typing, sound volume and screen size make it a bit “not perfect” but I do love it, despite rotten MS store choices….
