In the Save As dialog Box, the shortcut key to Save is Alt+S.

 

I can’t find that combination (Alt+S) online. Why?

In Windows dialog boxes, the underlined letter of a particular option (the “S” in the Save button in your example) can always be selected by pressing Alt-underlined_letter, or Alt-S in your example.
