    I have my Outlook Journal Options under “Double-clicking a journal entry” set to “Opens the item referred to by the journal entry.” I have found this Journal function invaluable over the years. Yet now, it doesn’t seem to work. Instead, clicking the Subject line just brings up the entry. I have Also record files from: set to Access, Excel, Word and PP. Any suggestions as to how to get this working again? TYIA.
