Opening a .html opens AOL (IE6 Win2K)

I have a friend who inserts a CD that autoruns a program that opens an HTML page.

At work, it works just fine for her but at home, it opens the AOL login.

What gives? How can she fix it?

Presumably the preferred program is IE?
I think the easiest way is to right_click the html file from with Windows Explorer, select Open With, select Choose Program..
The “Open With” window opens, find and select IE and make sure that the option “Always use the selected program to open this kind of file” is selected.
