Have now created my questonnaire but on testing the option buttons discovered that the copy and paste onto other sheets did not correctly maintain the cell link property link. Have attached the file which was given last time and all I have done is copy sheet 2 and made sheet 2 (2), the sheet 2 (2) doesn’t allow you to make any updates. Also in some instances the cell link itself disappears when you save the file and then come back to it at a later stage, so that when the button is selected no cell updates as a result.
Is there any way of forcing the buttons to remember the link?

Not entirely sure what the problem is.
The links on sheet 2 are missing, but sheet 2(2) works fine.
After I fixed links on sheet 2 and copied the sheet to 2(3), sheet 2(3) also works fine.

Saved the file and re-opened it, and everything is still working as I hoped.

Are we on the same page?

How are you creating the sheet 2(2). I have just tried to do what you performed. fixed the links in sheet 2, then used the copy sheet clicking the right button of the mouse and using the move /copy option. When I perform this the sheet 2 option buttons are cleared and the copied ones do not allow me to update. Is there some option that I have to set to allow the mechanism to work as you suggested.

I am sorry, but I am not able to help you any further. I cannot duplicate your problems and I can’t find anything in Help. Read Move or Copy sheets.
