    I need a mailmerge/form in Outlook to enter contact details (from database) which will be merge fields, Yes/No and comments fields.
    What I want to do is send my clients an email (form) with their contact details, have them check the details, update the infromation that requires updating and then email me the completed form. Any ideas of the way I should be tackling this.
