Outlook address book properties disabled (OutlookXP)

Hello. I have a global address list in a public folder. I have granted all users Reviewer permissions on the folder. However, a colleague was not able to include this address list as an e-mail address book (ie by right clicking on the contact folder and setting this value on the Outlook Address Book tab). All the options are disabled. I was wondering if anyone could tell what might be wrong?
