I had a little bit of a hunt but cannot find the answer I am looking for.
I want to intergrate Access and Outlook. I receive in requests in email and need to track them through the life of the item. I am looking to have the reminders of Outlook and dont want to have to re-enter info from Outlook into a database.
If there is no ability to do this, what database type of function does Outlook have?

You can create a link to an Outlook or Exchange folder such as Inbox or Calendar in Access: in the External Data tab of the ribbon, in the Import section, click More, then select Outlook Folder from the dropdown menu. Don’t forget to select the option to link to the data source.
