Is there a way to delete everything in the calendar all at once instead of just one at a time? I’m talking about a calendar full of stuff spreading over years. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks. Oh yeah, we’re using Outlook 2000/Exchange 5.5 on Win2000 Pro desktops.

Change the view to a list view, like Category, so all the appointments are listed on the page. Select Alt A to selected everything and hit delete. If there is too much in the calendar to cope with this, use the Auto Archive feature from the file menu to move anything older than today into a .pst file. Delete the .pst file when it is done.
