Hi, I add can’t emails to any groups. I create a group, tells me “can’t do that” and then minutes later there is a group I just requested. But I can’t add email addresses so what’s the point?
A customer of mine is experiencing the exact same issues. I spoke to Microsoft, said they are working “tooth and nail”. Got an email about 3 weeks later where they now say, “Hey, it’s resolved so check it out”. It’s not resolved at all. Not even close. Now, all I hear are crickets!
They say it’s effecting a lot of folks. Any one else having that experience? Remember it’s on Outlook online. Thanks for the help!
